Microwave does not work very good

We purchased about 3-4 years ago and it has never worked very well. We were told in in order to use the microwave we had to place items on an upside down pie dish so it was higher than the sides of the turntable. My $75 microwave popped popcorn easier than this thing.

Broken for months

My microwave has been broken since September, roughly two weeks after install. It broke when I was using the melting feature, continuing to cook the chocolate until I noticed and stopped it myself. When I opened the door, it filled my kitchen up with smoke, and was pretty scary. I have had the double convection ovens for a couple of years, and love them- that is what drove me to buy this microwave. After a repair person came out, I was told that the panel board was broken on it (I will also mention that in addition to the sensor cooking not working, the display screen went out as well- so we couldn't use any of the features that display prompts, and we couldn't tell if we entered 3 minutes or 30 seconds). Even worse, we had to wait over three months for this part to arrive for install. So our microwave remained broken for nearly four months, and the Electrolux company was totally fine with this call. Then it broke again! Same exact thing. I want an appliance that I can trust, and I also want this company to have solid customer service when something goes wrong.

Loose Door Handle

After a 1.5 years of use, the handle has become loose and fixing it isn't that straightforward as the screw is hidden a black panel that you need to pry off. Otherwise it's worked pretty great but I would have expected better build quality of lock nuts/washers to prevent these type of issues from occurring.
